Job Summary
As a Product Solutions Engineer youll partner with cross functional teams lead technical discovery sessions and design tailored solutions to meet client your day-to-day role you will:
- Provide training and present new feature and product demos to both our partners and users
- Provide consultations to identify and solve business challenges
- Collaborate closely with development product and engineering teams to define technical requirements influence platform enhancements and advocate for partners and regional client needs
- Work hands-on with APIs web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) to ensure smooth and efficient deployment of Wix solutions
- Work collaboratively with Product Managers across Wixs international and dynamic environment to create or enhance features
Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience in onboarding training or consulting in the SaaS space with a proven track record of driving customer success and long-term product adoption across diverse industries
- Extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including product engineering and executive teams to identify address and solve complex business challenges through data-driven strategies
- Fluent in both Japanese business-level English with strong communication skills in technical and business settings
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript particularly with the React framework along with deep hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing Web Analytics
- A solid understanding of security practices including data privacy and access control an advantage
