Primary Skills

• Candidate should have min 3 years Sitefinity development experience
• Experience in developing and maintaining enterprise-level websites and portals using Progress Sitefinity CMS
• Experience in Sitefinity migration projects

Secondary Skills

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science Information Technology or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) CI/CD infrastructure-as-code and DevOps methodologies.
• Design and implement Sitefinity-based solutions including custom widgets templates and workflows.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues on Sitefinity CMS
• Manage Sitefinity servers hosted on Azure Cloud or other platforms.
• Hands-on Sitefinity CMS operations (Diagnostics caching SiteSync or deployment pipelines multisite management)
• Experience on operational health of enterprise websites and portals built on Progress Sitefinity CMS
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
• Experience with agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira Confluence Azure DevOps.
• Good stakeholder management communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have:

• Sitefinity Progress certified developer
• Experience working in healthcare industry with compliance considerations.
