Reading datasheets and component specifications.
Routing Techniques
Single-layer double-layer and multi-layer board routing.
High-speed signal routing impedance control and differential pairs.
Signal Integrity & Power Integrity
Understanding EMI/EMC considerations.
Ground planes power planes decoupling capacitors.
Interfaces: USB3USB2Ethernet
Impedance: 50E Signals 90E 100E 120E Differential Signals Length Matching
Planning of placement Defining the Constraints
Critical and non-critical Section routing
Layout Verification Gerber Generation
PCB Designing of Signal boards up to 8 Layers using Altium Tool 9. Power Supply PCB up to 8 Layers.
Schematic entry PCB layout Library part creation using Altium Tool 9. Defining the constraints on Critical and non-critical Section routing.
Layout Verification
Experience in handling the complete design cycle of the PCB from Schematic to Fabrication.
Quality check of PCB after Assembly.
