The Director of Supply Chain Analytics will lead transformative initiatives across our global supply chain. Reporting to the VP Supply Chain Strategy & Digital Transformation this role will drive operational excellence through advanced analytics predictive modeling and data-driven decision-making. You will lead a high-impact team and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver insights that improve efficiency reduce costs and support strategic growth.
Location: This is a hybrid role reporting into our Deerfield IL office Tuesday-Thursday with the option to work remotely on Monday & Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and drive long-term analytics roadmap for supply chain in alignment with domain leaders and VP Supply Chain Strategy.
- Lead and develop a team of business and systems analysts focused on all supply chain domains - planning inventory optimization logistics manufacturing strategy and procurement.
- Design and implement advanced analytics solutions and dashboards including predictive modeling AI. Tableau and machine learning to drive supply chain performance.
- Lead new supply chain analytics dashboard solutions and maintain current dashboards utilizing Agile frameworks and tools. Lead strong intake development delivery and maintenance metrics and high say-do ratio.
- Build and maintain dashboards KPIs and reporting tools to monitor and improve operational efficiency.
- Champion data governance and ensure data integrity across platforms and systems.
- Partner with executive leaders in Supply Chain IT Finance and Commercial teams to align analytics initiatives with business objectives.
- Identify and execute opportunities for cost savings service level improvements and risk mitigation.
- Support data and analytics for all supply chain strategic initiatives such as digital twin S&OP network optimization and all digital transformation roadmap initiatives.
- Establish best-in-class supply chain structures processes and tools to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Translate complex data into clear actionable insights for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of AI/ML and automation tools to enhance forecasting and operational agility.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management Business Analytics or a related field.
- Proven expertise in data analysis statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
- Proven leadership experience of leading entry-level an mid-career data and systems professionals.
- Extensive experience in supply chain management including logistics inventory procurement and demand planning.
- Proficiency with ERP systems data visualization tools and machine learning technologies.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Passion for mentorship and knowledge-sharing across teams.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $140000 USD - $220000 USD.
