JavaScript Developer (Low-Code & Chatbot Integrations)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom JavaScript plugins and reusable components for OutSystems and Power Apps applications.
• Extend Low-Code platforms with custom connectors UI enhancements and business logic modules.
• Design implement and embed Chatbot solutions (e.g. ChatGPT API Power Virtual Agents Dialogflow) into corporate portals and web applications.
• Build and optimize front-end features using JavaScript TypeScript HTML5 and CSS3 ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Integrate REST APIs securely handling authentication (OAuth 2.0) data exchange (JSON) and web security (CORS CSRF).
• Collaborate with Product Managers Low-Code Developers and Automation Experts to define technical requirements and architecture.
• Ensure that all developed solutions align with company governance compliance and security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001 Bosch IMS).
• Participate in code reviews testing documentation and release management to maintain high-quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives including AI and front-end optimization.
• Provide technical support troubleshooting and user training for implemented solutions.
• Contribute to the digital transformation agenda by bridging standard Low-Code capabilities with advanced custom functionalities.

Qualifications :

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) TypeScript HTML5 and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with Low-Code platforms preferably OutSystems and Microsoft Power Apps.
• Good understanding of REST APIs OAuth 2.0 and JSON data handling.
• Experience developing custom components or plugins within Low-Code environments.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate Power Apps Power BI).
• Experience integrating or embedding Chatbots (e.g. ChatGPT API Power Virtual Agents Dialogflow) into web environments.
• Knowledge of web security principles (CORS CSRF authentication).
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
• (Optional but beneficial) Experience with Azure or React frameworks.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams (Low-Code RPA AI).
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Demonstrated ownership accountability and quality mindset.
• Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced digital project environments.

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in JavaScript development.
• Prior exposure to Low-Code platforms and chatbot technologies is a strong advantage.
