We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with a strong retail background and expertise in SQL and Tableau. T
he ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing customer data developing insights .
Key Responsibilities:Analyze customer data to identify trends patterns and insights from customer/ subscription/ digital data
.Collaborate with marketing sales and customer service teams to understand data data accuracy consistency and integrity across platforms.
Provide data-driven recommendations Extract and analyze data from various databases using findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems
Business or a related field.4-6 years of experience in Digital Data analytics data analysis or a related retail industry in SQL Tableau MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
