Job Summary
Software Engineer III ACE Development
Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer III that designs builds and supports software solutions for some of the worlds largest retailers. Our developers are involved in the entire project lifecycle: they interact directly with our business owners to understand and document requirements; they collaborate with the implementation and test teams on design and development; and they oversee delivery and provide ongoing support for their work.

Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements Design new functionalities and generate according to documentation implement design by coding using object-oriented principles.
- Debugging and analyzing internal defects related to payments.
- Certify peer code following coding guidelines.
- Collaborate with the implementation and test teams on design and development
- Ensure proper process is followed coding standards adhered to.
Required Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- 6 years of experience developing in C environments.
- 6 years of Object-Oriented development.
- 5 years experience with ACE (TGCS point of sale applications)
- 5 years with Payments and Pinpad development
- Proficiency in Programming Design Patterns.
- Excellent Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of JIRA Gitlab Jenkins software management applications.
