Job Summary
As a Sales Assistant youll represent the Jack Wills brand on the shop floor delivering exceptional customer service sharing styling advice and creating a memorable tailored shopping experience. Youll work as part of a passionate team to meet targets maintain high standards and reflect the effortless cool of the brand in everything you do.
- Greet customers with energy and confidence
- Provide personalised style advice and product recommendations
- Deliver an engaging and premium service that reflects the Jack Wills identity
- Maintain high visual and presentation standards across the shop floor and stock areas
- Support with replenishment and back-of-house organisation
- Collaborate with your team to meet sales targets and KPIs
- Promote our latest collections and brand values with passion and product knowledge
Qualifications :
- Passionate about fashion and British heritage style
- Strong communicator who thrives in a customer-facing role
- Confident enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on creating a positive experience
- Flexible and reliable especially during key trading times (e.g. weekends holidays)
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not essential if youre eager to learn!
