Job Summary
About your tasks:
- Support the Employer Branding Manager in day-to-day operations and strategic projects.
- Edit and produce engaging video content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn Instagram Facebook and TikTok using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Assist in planning and executing internal and external employer branding events.
- Contribute creative ideas and help bring campaigns to life that showcase our people and culture.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth project flow and high-quality content production.
Qualifications :
About you:
- You are looking for a gap year or internship (40h/week) and are available for at least six months.
- You have a passion for video content creation and are confident using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Youre highly organized and enjoy managing tasks from start to finish.
- You are fluent in English; German is a plus but not a must.
- You care about creating meaningful content and bringing authentic stories to life.
