作为Alleima的生产工程师实习生您的主要任务包括
熟悉公司生产流程和操作规范
熟悉影响产品质量和效率的关键控制点协助优化操作流程
协助跟踪和解决生产异常情况提供反馈和解决方案
在特殊订单生产前协助参数复核
协助人员培训知识分享和技能开发持续提高生产操作技能水平
支持生产部门经理安排的其他工作任务
关于您
您是硕士及以上学历金属材料相关专业具备机械加工制造金属材料冶金工程或焊接等相关专业知识您出色的人际沟通和团队协作能力使您能够与同事有效合作您以结果为导向具备解决问题和适应新挑战的能力您具备积极的态度和责任心此外您具备基本的英语口语表达和读写能力并熟悉WordExcel和PowerPoint等办公软件您计划实习时3-6个月每周至少实习2天
