At Royal Engineered Composites we are an employee-owned company building composite parts for aircraft flying all over the world. From commercial jets and military helicopters to rockets launching to Mars our team steps up to meet every challenge.
We are constantly evolving around the aerospace and defense industries we serve. As a team we thrive on the unknown because unknowns breed innovation and promote growth. No experience No problem.
Due to a lack of aerospace manufacturing in Central Nebraska we dont seek out experienced composite technicians but rather look for candidates that have a willingness to learn. During our interview process well show you areas that have open positions and see what areas interest you. Our internal training programs will help you learn everything you need to succeed in your new career. Most of Royals supervisors and team leads started right where you are today. Our leadership development classes give you the opportunity to advance your career while developing skills to help at work and in life.
Clean & Cool
We are not your typical manufacturing setting. You wont be building hundreds of thousands of components per day. Composite parts take time and dedication to create. So we are not set up as an assembly line. Our air-conditioned cleanrooms provide a comfortable working environment where you can have an earbud in to listen to music or a podcast while you work.
We are focused on delivering parts on time to our customers but are also committed to making sure every single part meets our customers precise specifications. Our team has the integrity to do things the right way. After all your family could be flying on an aircraft with parts built at Royal.
Flexibility to live your life
Not being an assembly line means our employees have the flexibility to have a life outside of work. We do have standard shift schedules but do you need to drop off kids at school or need to step out for a dentist appointment and dont want to use your paid time off You and your supervisor can modify your schedule to still get your work finished while living life to its fullest.
1st Shift 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Mon. Thurs. OR
6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Mon. Fri.
2nd Shift 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM Mon. Thurs. OR
3:30 PM - 1:00 AM Mon. Fri.
*Pay includes a 10% shift differential
3rd Shift 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM Sun. Wed.
*Pay includes a 10% shift differential
Weekends Shift 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM Fri. Sun.
*Pay includes a 20% shift differential
