At Fluke we build tools that empower professionals to keep the world up and running. Our Pressure Calibration team is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Technician to test troubleshoot and repair printed circuit assemblies (PCAs) that support our industry-leading calibration products.
This is a hands-on role where your expertise in electronics will directly contribute to the quality and reliability of our products used by engineers and technicians around the globe.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyzes schematics for troubleshooting circuits
- Utilizes test equipment to test and repair circuit board assemblies
- Assists and supports production in testing of PCAs
- Work with buyers and material planners to improve supplier quality.
- Develop test setups and troubleshooting setups
- Document processes test results and troubleshooting steps
Basic Qualifications:
- Vocational or technical training in electronics field or an associates degree in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in electronics repair or testing surface-mount soldering
- Proficiency with electronic test equipment (e.g. digital multimeters oscilloscopes power supplies)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Clear communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates or BS degree in electronics or military equivalent
- IPC 610 Certification
