We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Customer Operations Manager to join our growing operations this role you will play a key part in supporting our Customer Operations team ensuring smooth day-to-day execution across the entire customer lifecycle from pre-application through to full loan repayment and everything in-between!
Customer Support:
Manage and resolve customer requests.
Help maintain and improve internal tools templates and processes to increase team efficiency
Be the voice of our customers towards our internal teams
Dunning and Payment Tasks:
Execute light dunning workflows (e.g. reminders payment confirmations follow-ups).
Track outstanding payments and escalate cases when necessary.
Ensure accurate data entry and documentation of dunning activities.
Process and System Improvements:
Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in operational workflows and propose improvements.
Help with testing and rollout of new tools or process automations.
Some previous experience in customer operations support or administrative roles ideally in fintech SaaS or a fast-paced startup environment.
Strongattention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
Excellent German and English communication skills (written and verbal) with a customer-first mindset.
Comfortable working with operational tools (e.g. CRM systems helpdesk tools spreadsheets).
Basic understanding of billing invoicing or dunning processes is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
