Mid-American Wealth Advisory Group in Kansas City MO is seeking to add an experienced CPA to our team!
This CPA will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with our clients. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who enjoys building relationships and knows how to follow through while providing superior client service; always putting clients first. Initial duties include working alongside the main Advisor who has built a beautiful office and team!

Minimum Requirements:
- College degree required
- 5 years experience in tax preparation and tax review in a busy office
- Must be licensed
- Strong organizational prioritization interpersonal and management skills
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Confident communicator who can translate complex tax topics for clients
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
Requirements:
- Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
- Provide tax strategy and planning guidance to clients
- Conduct in-depth tax consultations and resolve client issues
- Stay current with state and federal tax law changes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and efficiency
Salary:
- $70k - $80k based on experience
