We are looking for an (Sr.) Embedded Account Executive Industrial Automation to join our Global Sales Team.

About the Role

As Embedded Account Executive Industrial Automation you will play a key role in driving Tuxeras growth in the global industrial automation markets. You are a proactive results-driven sales professional who combines technical understanding with strategic selling skills.

You will identify and win new business opportunities with OEMs machine builders and system integrators while strengthening partnerships with existing accounts. This role involves close collaboration with engineering and product teams to deliver reliable high-performance software solutions for modern industrial automation systems.

What Will You Do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting industrial automation markets across US.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal negotiation and closing.
  • Drive adoption of embedded and edge software solutions in factory automation warehouse automation robotics and machine control systems.
  • Establish partnerships with OEMs system integrators and industrial end-users.
  • Collaborate with global engineering teams to scope and quote complex embedded software solutions.
  • Report sales metrics customer insights and competitive intelligence to inform business strategy.

What You Bring

  • Direct sales experience selling industrial automation solutions or related software such as warehouse automation factory automation robotics control or machine control systems.
  • Strong background in embedded systems or industrial software sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B technical environment.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills across technical and executive audiences.
  • Deep understanding of industrial automation ecosystems including PLCs SCADA MES IoT/IIoT robotics and edge computing.
  • Knowledge of vertical markets such as automotive energy manufacturing semiconductors and logistics.
  • Awareness of key industry trends: digital twins predictive maintenance Industry 4.0 and AI-driven process optimization.
  • Ability to identify and target:
    • OEMs and machine builders
    • System integrators
    • Industrial end-users (factories utilities logistics hubs etc.)
  • Skilled at engaging key decision-makers including operations managers plant managers CTOs automation engineers and procurement heads
