Team Lead Structural Metal & Composite Engineering (mwd) Aerospace

The What: As a Team Lead Engineer at Blackwave youll lead the technical development of next-generation composite systems driving innovation from first concept to flight-ready production. Your leadership will ensure that our advanced composite structures are not only technically outstanding but also reliable and built to perform in the toughest aerospace environments.

• Mentor and empower:Develop your crews technical capabilities through coaching feedback and hands-on problem-solving to ensure continuous growth and innovation.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering Aerospace Engineering or a related technical field
• At least 4 years of professional experience in product or process development ideally in composites lightweight structures or aerospace manufacturing
• Proven leadership or advanced project management experience in technical environments
• Strong knowledge of material behavior structural mechanics and manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with a structured analytical and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English (C1/C2); German is also nice to have for on-site collaboration
