What youll achieve
As a Junior Technical Writer you will support and work collaboratively with product management and cross-functional teams to produce and deliver the good quality artefacts for product across the organization. Working with an extended highly skilled team you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:
Work closely with SME to gather information on client requirements.
Analyze and write User Manual Online Help Product Demo Video and other supporting documents to communicate complex and technical information effectively.
Prepare and deliver release/technical documentation build on build.
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth delivery of artefacts on time.
Contribute to Product Training Program and Support the Ad-hoc activities such as template creation and presentation creation.

Essential Requirements
Good 1 - 3 years of experience in Technical Writing and Documentation process
Strong understanding of product data analysis techniques SDLC and DDLC.
Hands-on with Technical Writing Tools like MS Office 365 Technical Communication Suite Adobe RoboHelp Camtasia Studio and JIRA
Desirable Requirements
Experience in writing user manuals and technical documentation for various audiences.
Experience with Atlassian JIRA
Knowledge of upcoming developments in AI.
Basic proficiency in French and German
