Eyas Landing - Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based Pediatric Social Worker Department Lead (LCSW) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago IL.

Eyas Landing - Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) ADHD sensory processing disorder and other neurodiverse needs. This is an opportunity to provide evidence-based play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative innovative environment designed to help children thrive.

As a clinic-based Pediatric Social Worker Department Lead (LCSW) at Eyas Landing - Avondale you will provide neurodiversity-affirming care to children and families while overseeing a team of Social Workers in a pediatric therapy clinic. Youll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) ADHD sensory processing disorder and other neurodiverse needs. Youll foster each childs social skills self-esteem interpersonal relationships and coping skills through:

Providing individualized and group therapy
Collaborating daily with occupational and speech therapists and social workers
Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
Providing mentorship clinical guidance and performance feedback to Social Workers to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth
