Job Summary
We are hiring two install plumbers to work from Friday to Monday serving our customers when they need us most.

Position Summary
As a Residential Service Install Plumber youll perform plumbing system installations in occupied homesreplacing and upgrading fixtures water heaters and piping while ensuring minimal disruption to our customers lives. This isnt new constructionthis is skilled detail-oriented work on the service side where your craftsmanship and customer care truly stand out.
What Youll Do
- Install and replace residential plumbing systems fixtures and equipment (water heaters faucets toilets piping etc.)
- Provide clear explanations to customers and answer questions
- Work efficiently in occupied homes while maintaining a clean respectful work environment
- Ensure all work meets code and safety standards
- Collaborate with dispatch service managers and fellow plumbers to ensure customer satisfaction
What Were Looking For
- Valid Texas Journeyman or Tradesman Plumber License (required)
- 2 years of residential plumbing installation experience in a service environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on the job

What you need:
- A Tradesman Journeyman or Masters Plumbing License
- Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years
- Ability to guide and train an apprentice
- Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
- Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
- Experience with plumbing repair including leak location tankless water heaters water filtration tank type water heaters all types of plumbing fixtures drain cleaning and drain line replacement
