Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation in areas such as asset protection planning Medicaid crisis planning estate planning guardianship powers of attorney and post-death administration.
- Manage cases from inception to completion ensuring a high standard of service and client satisfaction.
- Drive business growth by developing and nurturing relationships with referral sources and engaging with the community.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the State of Ohio maintaining good standing.
- A minimum of three years of substantive experience in elder law.
