Five Star Toyota in Milledgeville GAis hiring a Customer Service / Call Center Representative
- No Cold Calls!!
- Must provide great customer service
- Hourly plus Monthly Bonuses

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Answer inbound calls and Make Outbound calls to our customers to schedule appointments follow up and reestablish contact.
- Prior Call Center Experience Preferred
- Must be comfortable respondingquickly to internet phone and live chat inquiries using email scripts and templates.
- Follow up with customers as needed to reset any missed appointments answer questions and follow up again as needed.
- Participate in team and process training sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates sales teams and dealership management.
- Utilize our computer tracking system daily.
- Previous Customer Service experience a plus!
- Excellent computer skills a must
- Valid Drivers License required
