Position: Physical Therapist (Full-Time)
Location: Louisville KY
Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics & Sports Medicine
As a Physical Therapist at E&B youll design and deliver customized treatment plans focused on helping patients achieve their highest level of performance and function. Youll have the support tools and mentorship you need to thrive in a fast-paced energizing environment.
Your Role:
Evaluate and treat patients using progressive functional techniques
Create individualized rehab plans and home programs
Communicate regularly with patients and interdisciplinary team members
Track outcomes and make real-time adjustments to improve progress
Stay current with best practices through CE and mentorship
What You Bring:
Bachelors Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Active Physical Therapy license in Kentucky (or ability to obtain)
Passion for sports medicine and functional rehab
Bonus Points (Preferred but not required):
Athletic Trainer certification
Dry Needling Graston/IASTM SFMA FMS Cupping or BFR certifications
NASM PES or CES CSCS
