Cleaner Night Concierge

We are looking for a Cleaner / Night Concierge to join our team at Hazel Court Swansea. This is a part time permanent position for 21 hours per week offering 12.60 per a vital role in keeping our communal areas spotless and ensuring a safe secure environment for residents. About the role

As aCleaner / Night Conciergeyoull:

• Maintainhigh standardsof cleanliness in communal areas (sweeping mopping vacuuming dusting and restroom cleaning).

• Handle waste disposal and replenish supplies.

• Ensure building security by patrolling premisesmonitoringaccess points and responding to emergencies.

• Carry out fire safety checks and report any issues promptly.

• Work independently during night shifts liaising with on-call staff when needed.

Your shifts will include evenings weekends and bank holidays so flexibility is key.

We welcomepreviousexperience working asCaretaker Housekeeper Custodian Security Officer Facilities Assistant Housekeeper Janitor or similar roles with transferable skills.
