Job Responsibilities:
- Collecting analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights for the real estate industry
- Cleaning and processing large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Creating visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborating with the team to identify trends patterns and opportunities for improvement
- Assisting in the development and implementation of data collection systems and strategies
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Economics or related field
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel SQL R or Python
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
Desired Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a data analysis role
- Experience with real estate data or related industry is a plus
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and methodologies
Salary & Benefits:
