The Aquatics Supervisor offers a quality level of service that exceeds the customers expectations by establishing and maintaining a positive productive relationship within the organization and with the guests. The Aquatics Assistant Manager achieves operational objectives by managing staff and maintaining a safe secure and healthy environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following other duties may be assigned)
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages 4-8 subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of 15-30 employees in the Water Park. Is responsible for the overall direction coordination and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing hiring and training employees;
planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
