• 10 years of handyman experience knowledgeable in multiple trades (e.g. carpentry drywall plumbing electrical tile or painting)
• Own truck or van and tools
• Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
• Collaborative optimistic reliable
• Strong work ethic of problem-solving skills and professional demeanor
• Proven ability to complete jobs independently from start to finish with minimal supervision
• Excellent customer service interactions
• Great multitasking and prioritization skills
• ServiceTitan knowledge a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

• Proper Equipment - Not necessarily having every tool but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.
• Troubleshooting Skills - Must be a quick thinker able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.
• Excellent Communication Skills - Must be able to communicate effectively with Management Office Personnel Fellow Employees Homeowners Suppliers Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
