Summary:
Parabit Systems a well-established and rapidly expanding company in the security and self-service equipment industries is currently seek experienced bench technician/assemblers supervisor. The suitable candidate should have a strong background with mechanical and electrical assemblies including testing and basic troubleshooting skills as well as some soldering experience.
The Bench Tech Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the bench technician team responsible for assembly testing repair and quality control of Parabit products. This role ensures that production schedules are met assembly standards are followed and product quality meets company requirements. The supervisor also provides hands-on technical support training task coordination and performance feedback to bench technicians.
Essential Requirements:
- Supervise train and support bench technicians on assembly testing repair troubleshooting and documentation procedures.
- Assign daily work tasks based on production priorities and project deadlines.
- Ensure technicians follow established assembly repair and testing instructions for all products.
- Maintain quality control standards and validate that products meet specifications before release.
- Review and approve all documentation of equipment failures and ensure reporting to the QA Manager.
- Assist technicians with advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software firmware and tools used across all supported products.
- Oversee equipment workstations and tooling to ensure safe and proper working conditions.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies procedures and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with engineering production and QA to improve build processes and resolve product issues.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance coaching and performance evaluations.

Education / Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on bench technician experience including assembly testing and troubleshooting of electronic components and systems.
- Experience supervising or leading team members in a production or bench environment is preferred.
- Proficiency with soldering techniques. IPC certification is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams.
- Must be able to use a digital voltmeter and basic electronic test equipment.
- Experience documenting repairs and using job tracking or ERP systems is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel.
