Job Summary

Position: Warehouse Coordinator
Salary: $50K - 60K
This is a Direct Hire job opportunity
This role is for a highly organized and energetic Warehouse Coordinator to manage the day to day operations of our beauty product distribution center. You will be responsible for overseeing the picking packing and inventory process while leading a team of temporary workers.
Key Responsibilities
Team leadership
- Manage Train and supervise a team of 15 temporary warehouse associates throughout the picking and packing workflow.
- Maintain a high-energy and efficient work environment.
Operations and Efficiency
- Oversee all steps of the picking and packing process to ensure accuracy and speed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operation issuers promptly to maintain workflow continuity.
- Focus on continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Inventory Management
- Conduct regular and accurate inventory counts of beauty products.
- Utilize the warehouse management system WMS to track inventory and process data
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a supervisory or coordinator role in warehouse distribution
- Demonstrate high degree of ownership over assigned tasks and show a very responsible approach to all duties
- Detail oriented to ensure order accuracy and precise inventory counts
- Quick learner with intermediate computer skills experienced with warehouse management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Must be capable of standing for 90% of the workday.
Pay
- Salary $50k to $60K
Shift
- Morning
- Must be able to work weekends and overtime when needed
