Your first months:

• In your first 2 weeks:get to know your new team and get more context around what you will be doing at SITS Traxion.
• In the next 3-4 months: Get brought up-to-speed with the IAM world get hands-on training for both hard skills and soft skills that are necessary to become successful in this field. Obtain the necessary certificates for your respective field and gain insight into your personal communication preferences and underlying drivesin order tobuild on your development plan. Form a collaborative supportive environment with the otherkickstarters. At the same time get situated and start developing within your team and start a deep dive into your new specialism.
• The next couple of months: Gain hands-on experienceworking at &with clients. Together with your buddy and the support of yourcolleaguesyou will rocket into becoming a specialist.
• After that: You are fully imbedded into your team and further develop yourself as a specialist within your field. Your professional goals act as a guideline for the steps in your development to ensure you can keep working towards your ambitions.

Our Teams:

Depending on your interests andstrengthsyou will start in one of these teams:

• Business Consultancy:As the first point of contact you help clients plan and control who can access what in their organization. Through interviews and workshopsyoullidentifyrisks understand their needs and guide the setup of security systems with our tech team through process modelling and project management.
• IGA Technical Consultancy:Design and implementcutting-edgeIGA(Identity Governance and Administration) solutions for our collaborationwith business consultants developers and sales teamsyoutranslate complex requirements into secure efficient systems that protect our clients data and ensure compliance.
• PAM or IGA Service Engineering: help organisations stay secure and compliant by keepingtheir IGAand/ or PAM/AMsolutionsrunning support ticketsassistwith change handling and grow into a role where you take ownership and drive improvements.
• PAM Consulting: Drive essentialsecurity transformationsbysafeguardingsensitive data preventingunauthorized access and advisingcustomers onfuture-proofingtheir security- from post-quantum readiness to automating certificates and key materials.

What we can offer you

• Fixed-term contract as part of our Kickstarter program with intent for permanent contract.
• Position for 40 hours/week (32-36 hours can be discussed).
• Hybrid working options: 34 days/week at our Waardenburg office or client site and 1-2 days in the home office.
• A starting salary between 3000- and 3350- gross depending on your level of education and/or your experience.

What youllbringto the team

No prior IAM experience No problem!Wellprovide the trainingyou bringenthusiasmand drive.

• Experience:Recently graduated or in theearly stagesof your careerand are curious about cybersecurity Identity & Access Management and ensure all things are secure.
• Skills: You enjoy thinking of solutions andthinking outside the box. You are a strong communicator dedicatedand love working in a team.
• Languages:Business proficient in Dutch and English both written and verbal.
• Education/certifications: You obtained abachelorsdegree in a relevant fieldincluding but not limited to:Business IT&Management Cybersecurity Information technology ICT.
• Availability:Youre available fulltime (32 or 36 hours can be discussed).
• Drivers License:You have a valid EU drivers licenseor arein the process of obtainingone.
• Work Eligibility: You mustalready hold a valid working visa for and already live in the Netherlands / Belgium to qualify for this role.
