Qualifications :
Degree in Education Instructional Design Psychology or related fields
Experience designing curriculum workshops or digital learning content
Understanding of adult learning principles and engagement methods
Creative empathetic and systems thinker
Familiarity with digital platforms (e.g. Miro Notion LMS tools)
