Job Summary

   Design and facilitate learning journeys workshops and learning tools
       Co-create with subject matter experts and facilitators
       Develop interactive and experiential content
       Evaluate learning impact and iterate based on feedback
       Align learning design with community and strategic goals

Qualifications :

   Degree in Education Instructional Design Psychology or related fields
       Experience designing curriculum workshops or digital learning content
       Understanding of adult learning principles and engagement methods
       Creative empathetic and systems thinker
       Familiarity with digital platforms (e.g. Miro Notion LMS tools)
