Job Summary
Advanced Formwork Co. Ltd (Doka) is looking for a highly motivated Formwork Instructor who will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and serving as the worksite representative for dealings with our clients subcontractors and suppliers.
The employment will be based in our Riyadh Office. If you are passionate about your work have an inner drive to succeed and a desire to learn and grow from your experience this could be the perfect next challenge for you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support (professional briefing and training) to contractors during the initial assembling of system formwork
- Inspect formwork on site
- Act as a liaison between job site and Project Manager/Coordinator to monitor correct use of equipment at jobsite
- Ensure that the customer/client carry and practice the correct applications and assembly of system formwork
- Troubleshoot technical problems at jobsite and execute formwork solutions
- Attend site meeting with customer/clients
- Monitor the material delivery and ensure that it is return at site
- Issue Site Inspection Certificate.
- Conduct site inspections and record misuse of formwork materials.
- Provide constructive feedback to site services office and technical department
Qualifications :
- qualification in a Technical/Civil Engineering field
- Minimum 3 years on-site experience in system formwork/scaffolding
- Ability to work independently and also as a team player in a results-driven fast-paced environment
- Hands-on mentality and engaged personality confident attitude
- Conflict resolution skills
- Ability to solve technical problems
- Time Management skills
- Organizational skills
- Good English language skills Arabic is an advantage
- Full clean driving License.
- The position requires a level of flexibility as site support may be necessary outside of the normal working hours.
