Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue invoices accurately
- Assist clients professionally with invoice-related queries
- Maintain customer ledgers
- Ensure deadlines are consistently met
- Stay updated with relevant legal changes
- Support office and accounting tasks as needed
Education Skills and Experience
- Minimum of A-levels in Accounts
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Native-level fluency in Maltese
- Strong English communication skills both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Word Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
