We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced SENCO to join an Independent School in Swindon Wiltshire. This full-time permanent position starting January 2026 offers an exceptional opportunity to lead and develop the schools SEND provision.

This Swindon independent school is renowned for its strong pastoral care inclusive ethos and academic excellence. The SEND Department works closely with staff families and external specialists to ensure every pupil receives the support they need to succeed both academically and personally.
Role Information
You will lead the SEND strategy manage EHCP processes and coordinate interventions across the school. The successful candidate will guide and support staff in delivering adaptive teaching and work collaboratively with leadership to ensure inclusion is embedded throughout the curriculum.
Experience and Qualifications
Qualified SENCO (NASENCO) or willing to gain qualification
PGCE and QTS (or equivalent)
Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs
Excellent leadership and communication skills
