Role Information
You will lead the SEND strategy manage EHCP processes and coordinate interventions across the school. The successful candidate will guide and support staff in delivering adaptive teaching and work collaboratively with leadership to ensure inclusion is embedded throughout the curriculum.
Experience and Qualifications
Qualified SENCO (NASENCO) or willing to gain qualification
PGCE and QTS (or equivalent)
Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs
Excellent leadership and communication skills
