Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
- Operational Leadership: Supervision of premises staff delegating daily maintenance tasks and managing external contractors.
- Compliance & Safety: Full responsibility for site security fire safety protocols and ensuring the site meets all statutory H&S requirements.
- Facilities Management: Managing planned and reactive maintenance schedules coordinating repairs and overseeing facility readiness for internal and external events.
