Role Information
You will lead the schools SEND strategy manage EHCP processes and coordinate targeted interventions. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to promote inclusive classroom practice and ensure the highest standards of support for all learners.
Experience and Qualifications
Qualified SENCO (NASENCO) or willingness to complete the qualification
Proven experience supporting students with SEND
Strong communication and leadership skills
QTS (PGCE or equivalent)
