Your Opportunity:

Responsible for Visual Merchandising encompassing the range layouts product layout in-store point of sale material and store workload communication ensuring a flawless and efficient implementation of range layouts at store level.

The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for:

  • Create range layout concepts according to the global range planners using Visual Merchandise standard guidelines
  • Design all visual layouts so they are commercially aligned with product performance and quantities eg stock on hand best sellers worst sellers
  • Create and design new planogram displays as required
  • Ensure all new product has been considered and incorporated into the range planogram
  • Ensure all new product has arrived into the warehouse within the required timelines to ensure planogram compliance
  • Employ different store layouts to suit each store ensuring sales are maximised
  • Communicate the store layout program to all team members to achieve a consistent standard of visual merchandising throughout Lovisa.
  • Ensure floor plans and planograms are updates weekly and loaded onto the Intranet
  • Warrant all stock movement to minimise double handling and errors
  • Ensure communication is translated for appropriate countries to delivery excellent clear communication
  • Ensure that merchandising standards are incorporated in the VMG (Visual Merchandising Guidelines) update when required and enforce their achievement at a store level.
  • Develop weekly detailed merchandising plans instructing stores how to merchandise current season product as well as changes to product layouts and POS material. Communicate these weekly plans through the Intranet.
  • Communicate weekly to Regional Managers regarding changes for the upcoming week.
  • Develop all visual merchandising material alongside of the Head of Product and National Retail Manager.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Warehouse to ensure range signage is delivered inline with communication and workload requests to stores

    We are looking for the below skillset and experience:

    • Illustrator Photoshop & InDesign as skills
    • Strong oral & written communication at all levels
    • Strong computer skills including Word Excel & Outlook and to develop skills on Futura
    • Openness/willingness to change
    • Desire to understand strategic direction of the business
    • The ability to anticipate what may be required
    • Ability to work autonomously and exercise discretion
    • Ability to work to deadlines
