Responsibilities:

Wash & sanitize dishes glassware utensils & equipment (dishwasher or by hand).
Maintain clean & orderly kitchen (trash removal sweeping mopping).
Properly use & maintain equipment & cleaning solutions.

Qualifications:

3 months - 1 year kitchen experience preferred.
Food safety knowledge & positive attitude a must!
Team player willing to work hard.
Ability to lift 35 lbs & stand for extended periods.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
