Job Summary

Job Title : Finance Analyst

Location : Pune

Experience : 2 to 3years

JD :

Key Responsibilities:

Measuring performance against KPIs & identify reasons for variance in performance
Monitor and verify the integrity of the data to be reported
Proactive in resolving data issues to ensure reporting is accurate and timely
Scorecard preparation & consolidation
Prepare monthly headcount (FTE) allocation

Experience / Qualifications:

PG degree in Finance (preferable)
Past exp of at least 3-5 years in KPI reporting
Hands on experience in MS Office (Excel PPT etc)
Good communication and stakeholder influencing skills
