Key Highlights:

Bread-and-butter anesthesia cases: Ortho Urology OB and healthy Pediatrics
No neuro cardiac or vascular cases
Comfortable 1:7 weekend call rotation
Protected post-call day off and 3-day weekend following weekend call
Up to $200K student loan repayment or $100K starting/retention bonuses
Annual bonus incentives up to $15K
Comprehensive benefits malpractice coverage and paid relocation
Up to 8 weeks PTO plus 14 CME days (1 week convertible to vacation)

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $500K $515K
Bonuses: $100K starting retention $15K annual incentives
Relocation Assistance: Up to $15K

Referral Bonus: $10K $20K for full-time physician referrals
