Work Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Contract Duration: 56 days (Expected: Nov 23 2025 - Jan 18 2026)
Pay Rate: $26.63/hr
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant II to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives. This role requires expertise in calendar management meeting coordination and executive-level administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented able to prioritize multiple responsibilities and capable of exercising independent judgment.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain executives calendars schedule meetings and appointments and prioritize independently.

Plan coordinate and participate in administrative and board-level meetings following relevant guidelines and standards.

Schedule meeting rooms order catering prepare agendas handle timely mail-outs take and transcribe minutes and coordinate follow-up actions.

Serve as a liaison between executives medical staff board members associates and the public.

Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.

Prioritize workload according to deadlines and business needs.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma required; additional education preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in office and calendar management.

Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence (PACE) preferred.

Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
