Job Summary

Job Title:Assistant Superintendent / Superintendent

Locations: Irvine & Long Beach CA

Overview: Onsite leadership role supporting education and commercial facility construction. May start as Assistant Superintendent with path to Superintendent based on experience

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of ground-up and adaptive reuse construction projects
Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and on budget
Oversee project teams and coordinate with internal self-perform groups and subcontractors
Provide on-site leadership with a strong presence in the field as well as in the office especially while ramping up

Qualifications

Open to project experience on DSA OSHPD/HCAI and or Public Works.
Must have good tenure and stability in prior roles from GCs only.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage clients and foster long-term relationships
Ability to balance technical project management with dynamic leadership in the field
Strong communication and leadership skills
