Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise:
- Act as the subject matter expert for transformer testing and diagnostics equipment.
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers and internal teams.
- Application Support:
- Conduct site visits product demonstrations and hands-on training sessions for customers.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals application notes and testing procedures.
- Customer Engagement:
- Understand customer requirements challenges and applications in the transformer segment.
- Recommend appropriate Megger solutions to meet customer needs.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing:
- Deliver technical seminars webinars and training sessions for customers channel partners.
- Support marketing initiatives such as technical papers presentations and exhibitions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education:B.E./ in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (mandatory).
- Experience:3-7 years of experience in transformer testing diagnostics or related electrical testing applications.
- Preferred Background:
- Experience in utilities OEMs service providers or testing & commissioning companies.
- Hands-on knowledge of transformer testing instruments and standards (IEC IEEE).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of transformer theory and testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to travel frequently across India for site support and training.
