About the Role
Were seeking a hands-on IT Administrator to support our growing global team. Youll handle day-to-day IT operations including onboarding/offboarding helpdesk asset and vendor management software setup and endpoint administration. Youll also assist the Senior IT & Security Engineer in implementing IT processes improving service delivery and ensuring secure compliant operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding/offboarding (accounts access hardware software).
- Provide L1L2 helpdesk support for hardware software and network issues.
- Administer and maintain MDM systems (e.g. JumpCloud Intune JAMF Kandji).
- Maintain inventory of company assets (laptops licenses peripherals).
- Assist in managing vendors procurement and license renewals.
- Support implementation of IT policies processes and documentation.
- Perform user and device management in systems like Okta Google Workspace AWS and Slack.
- Escalate advanced issues to senior IT or engineering teams when necessary.
- Contribute to SOC2 compliance controls efforts related to IT & Security.
- Contribute to IT automation and security initiatives where possible.
- Self-motivated individual who can take on projects and assist the Senior members of the team.
Qualifications
- 4 years of hands-on IT support or system administration experience.
- Solid understanding of user provisioning access control and device management.
- Familiarity with Okta Google Workspace AWS Slack and common SaaS tools.
- Experience with troubleshooting across Mac and Windows environments.
- Strong communication and service orientation for a distributed workforce.
- Bonus: Exposure automation scripting or security tooling (Drata CrowdStrike etc.).
