Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field. 812 years of total experience with 3 years in ServiceNow project management. Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITOM HRSD CSM or ITAM. Proven experience in Agile / Scrum / Hybrid project delivery models. Hands-on understanding of ServiceNow architecture workflows and integrations. Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA CIS) or PMP / Scrum Master certification preferred. Good to Have: Experience with ServiceNow upgrade and migration projects. Exposure to integration with third-party tools and APIs. Experience in governing platform standards and documentation. Background in ITIL or enterprise service management practices.
