Role Overview Delivery Head
We are looking for a dynamic Delivery Head who can drive end-to-end software delivery excellence across multiple strategic projects. The ideal leader will ensure smooth project execution high client satisfaction and continuous value delivery while inspiring teams to achieve excellence every day.
This is a full-time on-site role based out of our Pune office.
What Youll Do
Lead and manage delivery of multiple software development projects across diverse domains.
Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure successful execution and measurable outcomes.
Build and mentor high-performing teams with a focus on quality ownership and innovation.
Establish delivery governance track KPIs and manage risks and escalations effectively.
Collaborate with leadership to shape delivery strategy growth roadmap and operational excellence.
What You Bring
Proven experience in software product development and delivery leadership.
Strong people management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Expertise in Agile methodologies stakeholder management and delivery governance.
Excellent communication client engagement and decision-making skills.
A track record of customer satisfaction and delivery success.
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field; PMP/Agile certifications are a plus.
