Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities Warehouse: Sweep mop and clean warehouse floors passages and loading areas. Office: Vacuuming sweeping and mopping floors. Dusting of all desks counter tops and decorative objects. Cleaning and disinfecting of all bathrooms as well as ensuring all bathrooms are well stocked with basic hygiene products. Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchens and all appliances. providing refreshments to staff and guests To keep a record of all office cleaning items and ensure that products are replaced in a timely manner. To keep a record of all office refreshment items including but not limited to tea coffee sugar etc and ensuring that items are replaced in a timely manner. To assist in coordinating the placement of food and refreshments for events. To complete all daily tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision. To inform the line Manager of any suspected misuse of employer funded items. Following all health and safety regulations. To perform ad hoc duties if and when required. EMAIL CV TO;
