POSITION PURPOSE
Trinity Health Southeast Michigan opportunity for a Radiology Services Project Consultant. focused on leading and supporting strategic initiatives across our regional hospitals to enhance radiology operations and service delivery.
This will be classified as a contingent non-benefited position.
KEY FOCUS AREAS
Consolidate 488 radiology policies statewide into a unified framework.
Organize SharePoint to standardize materials across imaging modalities.
Evaluate and address mammography-related denials and write-offs.
Develop a regionalized Image Results Center process for Southeast Michigan replacing three site-specific workflows.
Implement a consistent process for technologists to collect patient information needed for radiologist dictation.
REQUIRED EDUCATION EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE
Education:
Education:Graduate from an approved Radiology program required. B.A. or B.S. degree in Radiology Technology and/or Healthcare/Business Management. Masters degree preferred.
Certification/Licensure: Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and/or licensed by the State of Michigan.
Experience:
Minimum of five years of Radiology Services Management experience required. Prior experience working in both acute and ambulatory environments preferred.
Practical experience and/or a basic knowledge of the various sub-specialty radiology imaging modalities required.
