Role Overview:
Were looking for an Operational Lead to drive the day-to-day performance of our Risk & Trading operations in Australia. This role involves leading a high-performing team driving continuous improvement and working closely with global teams to implement strategies that scale with our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Manage daily R&T shift operations driving performance process improvements and cross-team collaboration.
- Strategic Planning: Champion operational change develop the operational roadmap and ensure alignment with global Risk Strategy.
- Team Development: Lead motivate and inspire the team to maintain high standards of risk management and productivity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with global trading risk and data teams to ensure operational strategies meet business objectives.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: Proven Experience in a shift management or operations leadership role ideally within sports betting or gaming.
- Skills: Strong understanding of risk management principles data interpretation and familiarity with SQL (desirable).
- Mindset: Solution-oriented proactive and passionate about driving change and continuous improvement.
- Behavior: Strong team player with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
