Job Summary
Join our BrightStar Care Team as an LPN or RN! We are urgently hiring nurses with Trach experience to provide one-on-one care in our clients homes. All shifts are currently available ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours!
LPN and RN Benefits

LPN and RN Responsibilities
- Provides thoughtful care to clients and patients based on a personalized Plan of Care
- Monitors and tracks changes in the client/patients conditions and needs and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed
- Proactively updates the client/patients family on the plan of care health changes and concerns
- Provide Trach and respiratory care with precision and safety
LPN and RN Requirements
- Current unrestricted LPN or RN license in the State of Wisconsin
- Trach experience required (Vent experience preferred; training available)
- Certified CPR and a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Minimum one (1) year of documented experience required in a home health agency primary care clinic or health facility preferred
- Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist clients with varying mobility needs
