Job Summary

Four (4) years of professional experience with managing and migrating unstructured data (e.g. Komprise).
This position requires a DoD IAT II level certification

Duties:

Collect process and analyze large data sets from multiple Navy and DoD systems to identify trends patterns and actionable insights.
Develop and apply machine learning statistical modeling and predictive analytics techniques to solve complex operational challenges.
Collaborate with technical and functional teams to define data requirements methodologies and objectives for analytic projects.
Design and implement data pipelines algorithms and analytical frameworks to automate data processing and analysis.
Create dashboards reports and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Develop and maintain data models that support forecasting risk assessment and performance optimization.
Ensure data quality accuracy and consistency through validation cleaning and governance processes.
Leverage programming languages such as Python R or SQL for data manipulation modeling and visualization tasks.
Support integration of data analytics into decision-support systems and Navy enterprise applications.
Collaborate with cybersecurity and IT teams to ensure data security and compliance with DoD and Navy standards.
Evaluate emerging technologies and analytical techniques to enhance Navy data science capabilities.
Prepare technical documentation and briefings summarizing methodologies findings and recommendations.
Mentor junior analysts and support knowledge transfer of advanced analytics techniques across teams.
